Catherine Cleary

Catherine M. Cleary (nee Stanton), age 90, of Glen Mills, PA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on May 26, 2021.   Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Stanton (nee Quinn).

Catherine received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Joseph University in Philadelphia.  She had been employed as a teacher.

Catherine was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas Richard Cleary.  Loving mother of Tom (Joan) and Mike (Mary) Cleary, Peggy (Bob) Fesnak, Patty (Phil) Schwarzkopf, Joe (Johnna), Cleary, Kathy (Jim) Sheridan, Kevin (Ann) Cleary and the late Marie Cleary.  Dear sister of Walter, Ann (Tom), Theresa (Bud), Josephine (Nick) and the late Margaret.  Dear grandmother of Connor, Kevin, Cameron, Meghan, Matt (Katie), Bryan, Laura (Mark), Chrissy (Charlie), Emily, Brian, Peter, Georgia (Nolan), Kayla, Andy, Ryan, Kevin, Megan, Bridget, Luke, Erin, Tommy, Brendan, Maura and Kalie.  Great-grandmother of Claire, Harper and Emma.   Also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to her Funeral Mass Wednesday, June 2, 2021 10:30  AM at St. Bernadette of Lourdes Church, 1035 Turner Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
