Elizabeth McArdle

Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" (nee Thomas) McArdle, 82, of West Chester, PA on April 20, 2021.

Betty Ann was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy and Immaculata College. After college she worked in the Home Economics Department at PECO and later was a certified Travel Agent. Betty Ann had many hobbies and won awards at the Philly Flower Show. She was also a beautiful seamstress.

She was the beloved wife of the late James L. McArdle; mother of James L. McArdle, Jr. (Anna) and the late Elizabeth Barbato; sister of Patricia Thomas and William A. Thomas (Elizabeth); grandmother of David, Elizabeth, Julia, Cecily, and Katherine; also survived by many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Friday April 30, 2021 at SS Peter & Paul Church, 1325 Boot Road, West Chester, PA 193980. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Ste 2820, Phila., PA 19103, would be appreciated.
