Mark D'Antonio

Mark A. D’Antonio, Sr., age 64, passed away on February 3, 2022 surrounded by his wife and children. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Alvaro and Margaretta (nee D’Angelo) D’Antonio.  Mark was raised in Upper Darby, PA, where he met and married his grade school sweetheart in October 1978.  Together, they built a life reflecting their love for each other and their families.

Mark was happiest hosting barbecues and holiday parties with his closest friends and family.  Mark had a love of music and flashy cars and had accumulated an impressive collection of both the best albums and coolest cars over the years.  Mark enjoyed taking trips with his friends, especially to the mountains, to the Florida Keys and Caribbean islands for either hunting or fishing, but always for the time spent with his people.  He was a genuine friend, always looking to lend a hand especially behind the scenes.

Mark is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Susan L. (nee Fox) D’Antonio; His beloved children, Mark A. D’Antonio (Monique), Angela D. Melvin (Matt), Michael G. D’Antonio (Kara), and Joseph A. D’Antonio (Alexis); His cherished grandchildren, Mia, Elise, Juliette, Emma, Matthew, Mark III, Gabriel, Michael Jr., Everly, and Darcy; and his adored sisters Camille Maglio (Anthony) and Jennifer Wales (Evan).

Relatives and friends are invited to Greet the family 9:30-10:30 AM on February 10, 2022 at St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Rd., Drexel Hill, PA 19026, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment Private.
