Robert Holmes

Robert L. Holmes age 87, of Bryn Mawr, PA and formerly of Narberth, PA  and Bala Cynwyd, PA, passed away on May 21. 2021.

Robert was the beloved husband of Norita (nee Tiereny) Holmes. He was the loving father of Karen (Jonathan) Domm, Philip X. Holmes, Carolyn (Kevin) McDonnell and Thomas M. Holmes.  He was a caring grandfather of Tierney McDonnell, Liam McDonnell, Isabella Domm and Ian Domm and the beloved brother of the late Richard V. Holmes.

Bob attended St. Margaret’s School of Narberth and St. Thomas Moore High School of Philadelphia, both are where he met his lifelong friends. He graduated from Saint Jerome University of Waterloo, Canada.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation Wednesday, June 2nd from 10:00-11:00 AM at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Road, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment is Private. We respectfully request that masks be worn in Church and Social Distancing be observed.
