Sean Liam O’Hara was born on April 24, 1995 in Dallas, Texas, and passed away on November 20, 2021.
Sean was a free spirit, natural wanderer, artist and talented musician. He loved to be on the go and never met a stranger. He spent a couple of summers walking the Appalachian Trail where he met many people along the way who fondly referred to him as the “Shaggy Cactus”. While he could tell a story, what was special about Sean was that many of his stories were real life experiences that most of us can only imagine. From working on a hog farm, becoming friends with people on his various hikes from Virginia to New York or living in his van down by the river with his beloved dog, Dixie — his journey was unique, just like him.
He was smart, kind, caring and changed the lives of so many people. He will be greatly missed.
Sean is preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Michael Wilkins and Francis Aloysius O’Hara and stepbrother, Mark Nicoletti Jr.
Sean is survived by his parents, Catherine O’Hara, Sean O’Hara and his wife Megan; sister, Mackenzie O’Hara and her fiancé Mike Wright; sister, Kiley O’Hara and her husband Eric DiBlasi; brother, Connor O’Hara; his grandmothers, Lydia O’Hara and Martha Wilkins. He is also survived by Megan's four children, Robert, Megan, Francesca and Sophia; his loving girlfriend, Diana Becker and by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

“The loneliest people are the kindest. The saddest people smile the brightest. The most damaged people are the wisest. All because they do not wish to see anyone else suffer the way they do.”
