Adele M. Nelson, age 72, of Upper Darby, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on July 20, 2019. Born November 14, 1946, she was the loving daughter of the late Warren and Adele (nee Semperkiewicz) Nelson.
A retired nurse and nanny, Adele was an avid reader and the queen of her kitchen, who enjoyed meeting people everywhere she went.
She enjoyed the beauty of the universe every day and will be forever remembered by her many friends and family.
Adele was the devoted mother of Catherine Nelson and caring sister of Maryann Nelson (Keith Petitt), Joann Schmal (Jimmy), Warren Nelson (Sue), and Thomas Nelson.
At the request of the family the services for Adele Nelson will be private.
