Alan G. "Al" McCormack, 69, of West Chester, PA passed away on November 14, 2017.
He was the beloved husband of Deborah J. (nee Unger) McCormack; loving father of Kimberly D. Parise (Christopher) and Ryan A. McCormack; devoted grandfather of Carter and Chase Parise; dear brother of Greg and Lee McCormack.
Alan was a car enthusiast and he enjoyed a successful 35 year career in the automobile industry. After retiring, he turned his hobby of woodworking into a second career. Alan could fix anything and was a master woodworker who made exceptional handmade furniture. He will be remembered as a hardworking man who always put his family first. Alan had a great sense of humor and always guaranteed a laugh. He was a devoted Eagles fan with his son, Ryan, and a dedicated baseball fan to his grandsons. He loved his dream boat, his Shelby, golfing, and photography, but most of all he loved his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Monday, December 4, 2017 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 10 West Pleasant Grove Rd, West Chester, PA 19382 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, 414 Paoli Pike, Malvern, PA 19355.
