Alice Buckalew

Jean Buckalew, age 85, of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on April 2, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Alyce Buckalew (nee Beale).
Jean was a 1953 graduate of Rosemont College. She was employed as an Information Scientist for Wyeth Laboratories in Radnor, PA for 34 years.
In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her sister, Frances Watkin. She is survived by her nephews Mark Watkin and William Watkin (Ruth), her great-nieces and nephew Eileen Watkin, Steven Watkin and Karen O'Brien and 8 great-great-nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass, Friday, April 7, 2017 11:00 AM Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 454 Fairfield Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jean's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 would be appreciated.
