Alma E. Linsley

Alma E. Linsley (nee Eccles), age 89, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on February 19, 2023. Born in the Germantown Section of Philadelphia, growing up in Radnor, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Eccles.

Alma has been retired for some time but held notable positions with Wayne Iron Works and TV Guide.

Alma enjoyed watching the news, keeping up on current events, the Game Show Network, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune. She loved her sweets, especially desserts, enjoyed listening to music and watching her Philadelphia Sports Teams.  Most enjoyable to her was spending time with her family, her boys, and her grandchildren.

Alma was predeceased by her loving husband, John R. “Jack” Linsley. She is survived by her loving sons John R. Linsley, Jr. (Kim), Paul Linsley (Gail) and Mark Linsley (Luna). Dear grandmother of Madison Jerrell, Mackenzie Linsley, Macy Linsley, Jackson Linsley, Addison Linsley and Big Jack Linsley. Sister of Kathryn D’Angelo (the late Arthur) and Charles Youngblood (Pat). Sister-in-Law to Regina O’Connor (the late William).

Services and interment are private.
