Amy Davis

Amy Marie Davis, age 34, of Havertown, died suddenly the morning of February 5th, 2014. She was a graduate of Haverford High School, Class of 1997, and also attended DCCC. She was a former manager at McDonald's in Drexel Hill. Her passion was music, and she enjoyed singing and writing. She had recently performed with her best friend Darq Raw at the TLA in Philadelphia. She also recently performed at Boscov's in Media with her brothers. She loved spending time with friends and family, most notably the light of her life, her nephew, Brandon Davis.



Through Amy's life she had the love and support of many including: her mother and father, Karen Murphy and the late George J. Murphy, her grandparents, Joan Auge and the late Harry Nelson Auge, her brothers, Wayne Davis (and his wife and very dear friend of Amy's, Jennifer), Brian Murphy, and Daniel Murphy, and "sister", Karen Goldman, half-siblings Steve Davis (Julie Swanson-Davis), Mark Davis, Michael Davis (Susan Davis), Christine O'Dell (Les O'Dell), and Martha Davis-Kearns (Fred Kearns), numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, her roommates Christopher "Darq" Williamson and Ryan Zampitella, and many, many friends.



A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 8:30 AM-10:15 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby (610) 449-0300 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM Sacred Heart Church, Manoa and Shelbourne Roads, Havertown. Interment private.
