Andre H. Phelps, Jr., age 69, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on December 5, 2022.

Born in Elmira, New York to the late Andre H. Phelps and Barbara Collins, Andre worked as a Manager for the Liquor Control Board until his retirement.

Andre is survived by his beloved wife Mandy Yip Phelps.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401, West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA, followed by his Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Interment is private.
