Andrew Hoertz

Andrew “Andy” J. Hoertz, 55, of West Chester, PA passed away unexpectedly on November 29, 2020.

Born June 18, 1965 in Bryn Mawr, PA, Andy was the son of the late John J. and Mary Lou (Creamer) Hoertz Sr.

He was the dear brother of John J. (Kathy), Stephen P. (Fran), Geoffrey A. (Linda), Elizabeth A. McAtee (Tony), Phillip J. and the late Michael E.  Andy was a loving Uncle to his 13 nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loving partner of 18 years, Robin Catania.

He was a 1983 graduate of West Chester East High School and worked as an equipment operator in the construction business his entire life.

Andy was an avid fisherman and gardener. He took great pride in his work and his family. He was a good-hearted man who was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 9:30-10:30 AM Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at St. Peter Church, 2835 Manor Rd, West Brandywine, PA 19320 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM. Interment will be private at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon.
