Andy Sheffler, age 77, of Newtown Square, PA passed away on December 6, 2017.
Born in DuBois, PA, Andy was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Eugenia Sheffler.
Andy graduated from DuBois High School and Allegheny College. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed vacationing at Wildwood Crest, NJ, was a jazz music enthusiast, and a devoted fan of Villanova basketball and Penn State football.
Andy was the beloved husband of Gaye Sheffler, loving father of Douglas A. Sheffler, proud Pop-Pop of Hayden Sheffler, and dear brother of Nancy Leonard.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 7-9 PM Monday, December 11, 2017, The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 11 AM at Wayne Presbyterian Church, 125 E. Lancaster Ave., Wayne, PA 19087, where friends may visit from 10-11 AM in church.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Bladder Cancer Research Fund, Penn Medicine, Abramson Cancer Center, 3535 Market Street, Phila., PA 19104 would be appreciated.
