Anita N. (nee Sullivan) Smith, age 72, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on June 9, 2019. Born in Finksburgh, MD, she was the beloved daughter of the late Charles E. and Mildred A. (nee Haines) Sullivan.
Anita graduated from Westminster High School in Maryland in 1964. She enjoyed arts and crafts, candles, plaster casting, but especially walking the strubble trail with her husband. She loved Christmas, and enjoyed listening to country music.
Anita was married to her beloved husband of 47 years Richard W. Smith. She was the loving mother of Joseph E. Smith. She was predeceased by her dear siblings Blanche Martin, Carne Bortner, and Emma Herman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Anita's memory to St. Joseph Church Downingtown, 332 Manor Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335, or St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, 470 Manor Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335, would be greatly appreciated.
