Calnan Anna "Bark" Siano Calnan, 94, formerly of Collingdale passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Nov 13, 2012. Anna was the wife of the late John F. Calnan. Four sisters Ruth, Lillian, Palma and Mary and four brothers Michael, Joseph, Vincent and Felix predeceased her. Anna was a US Army Veteran who served as a Corporal in Women's Army Corps during WWII. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, handicrafts and cooking. She also participated in various capacities with the Collingdale Ladies Auxiliary VFW. Survivors: Her children Carolyn C. (Norman) Kitts of Springfield, PA and John F. (Nannette) Calnan, of Romansville, PA, one granddaughter Catherine Calnan, along with many loving nieces and nephews. Additionally, our family would like to express thanks and gratitude to Anna's devoted caregivers from Victorias' Home Care. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to Anna's Life Celebration Monday Eve 7-9 PM and Tuesday Nov 20, 2012, 8-8:30AM at James F. Knoetgen of Morton 746 Kedron Ave (Rt. 420). Followed by her Mass of Christian Burial 9AM at St Joseph R.C. Church, Bartram & Woodlawn Aves, Collingdale, PA 19023. Interment: Beverly National Cemetery, Beverly, NJ.
