Anna DiFelice (nee Ricci), of West Chester, PA, passed away on February 25, 2025.
Born in Abruzzi, Italy in 1937, Anna was the daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (nee Magazzeni) Ricci. She and her husband owned Joe's Deli in Overbrook for many years. Anna was a fabulous cook and an avid gardener and had a great love of butterflies. She was smart, artistic, and known for her kind and generous spirit and effervescent personality. Anna was very active with the Summit House Social Club and made many friends. She adored her family, especially her four granddaughters.
Anna was the beloved wife of the late Joseph DiFelice; loving mother of Gabriella Sloan, Joanne Linaberry (William), and the late Joseph DiFelice; caring grandmother of Jacquelyn Linaberry (Jonathan Alford), Gwendolyn Unangst (John David), Erin Linaberry-Hansell (Patrick), the late Taylor Schatz, and her grandson-in-law, Mark Schatz; adoring great-grandmother of Camilla, Finn, Vera, John David, Trevor, and Blake; dear sister of Giancarlo Ricci (Bruna); also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Monday, March 3, 2025 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery.
