ANNE REGINA, R.N. (nee Lyons), age 60, of West Chester, PA passed away on August 28, 2014, after a courageous battle with lymphoma.
She was the beloved wife of E. Douglas Creamer; devoted mother of Eric and Michael Creamer; cherished daughter of Nancy Lyons Conlan and the late Henry Vincent Lyons; adored sister of Cecilia (John) Hallinan, Mary Toney, Henry V. (Cathy) Lyons, Jr., Paul Lyons, Lisa (Larry) Fleming, Peggy Conley and Edward (Carolyn) Lyons; treasured aunt, devoted niece, wonderful cousin and loyal friend. Also survived by her faithful dog, Petey.
Anne was a lifelong nurse recently employed at Bryn Mawr Rehab.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 8:00-10:30 am Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 W Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000 and to her Funeral Mass following at 11:00 AM at SS. Simon and Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA.
Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Archbishop Prendergast High School ("MBAP"), 403 N. Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, PA, would be appreciated.
