Anne D. Engelmann (nee Bonelli), 91, of West Chester, PA passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on April 15, 2018.
Born in 1926 in North Arlington, NJ, she was the beloved daughter of the late Anthony W. and Angela (Bello) Bonelli.
Anne worked as a Mail Room Supervisor for First National Bank of West Chester for fifteen years. She was an energetic, friendly and outgoing person. She loved going to work and making friends wherever she went. She could talk to anyone easily and make them feel like they were old friends.
She enjoyed traveling and loved being with her family and friends taking photographs of everyone. She was a devoted wife and mother who took pride in keeping an immaculate home.
Anne was the beloved wife for 66 years of the late Thomas J. Engelmann; loving mother of Thomas R. (Beverly), Gale Lynch (David) and Maribeth Volpe (Anthony); dear sister of the late Dr. William R. Bonelli, Msgr. Theodore V. Bonelli, Fr. Vincent Bonelli and Robert Bonelli. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and four devoted "granddogs" (Harry, Zoe, Beasley and Max).
