Anne G. "Nan" Hammond (nee Grasberger), age 88, of Havertown, PA passed away on May 26, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anne Probst. Nan was employed as a Registered Nurse in the family practice of the late Dr. Pasquale Guarini.
She is survived by her children Nancy Hammond and Marianne Vadorsky (Len) and her aunt, Claire Lineman. She was predeceased by her husband Richard F. Hammond, Sr. and her son Richard F. Hammond, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Saturday, June 8, 2013 10-10:50 AM at Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown followed by her Memorial Mass at 11 AM. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to NAMI, National Alliance on Mental Illness, 3803 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22203 would be appreciated.
