Anne Holmes

Anne Desmond Holmes, of Media, PA, formerly of St. Davids and Ardmore, PA passed away on April 17, 2016. Anne was the daughter of the late Francis and Anne Desmond (nee Lane). She was a graduate of Haverford High School and Rosemont College.

Beloved wife of Richard V. Holmes. Loving mother of Kathleen Hannum (Gary), Jane Holmes Hollingsworth (Bradford), Marion Nestor (Joseph), Richard V. Holmes, Jr. (Kelly Hutchinson) and Anne Katherine Holmes (Michael Pfeiffer). Grandmother of Colleen Hannum, Bradford, Jack and Kevin Hollingsworth, Lindsay Fricke and Dylan, Brooke and Caroline Nestor. Great-grandmother of Harper Fricke. Sister of Jane Desmond.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday 9:30-11:00 AM St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Road, Media, PA followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Denis Cemetery.
