Born in 1922 in Philadelphia, PA, Anthony was the son of Assunta (Notte) and Enrico D'Angelis, both deceased.
Anthony was a graduate of Overbrook High School and served honorably in the US Marine Corps during World War II. He worked as an Electrician for the city of Philadelphia until his retirement.
He was the beloved husband of Mary R. (Hagan) D'Angelis; loving father of John of Drexel Hill,Katherine R. (Denis) Gambescia of Havertown and Lisa Coyle (Joseph) of Sewell, NJ.; dear grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; dear brother of the late Charles D'Angelis, Rev. Henry D. D'Angelis OFM.CAP, Esther Cantando and Salvatore D'Angelis.
