Anthony Dario Franzese

Anthony Dario Franzese "Tony", 89, of Scranton, PA, formerly of Exton, PA, and Ludwig’s Corner, PA, passed away peacefully November 22, 2024.

Born July 26, 1935, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the only son of the late Peter and Rose (nee Genelli) Franzese.

Anthony was employed for many years as a mechanical draftsman by UNISYS Corp. in Phoenixville, PA.

Anthony served honorably in the U.S. Army.

Anthony loved to bowl and was in several bowling leagues over the years. Tony was an avid music fan and was very sociable, so he enjoyed playing DJ on special occasions, and discovered Karaoke in his later years. He also enjoyed time at the gym with his workout friends.

Anthony was the beloved husband of the late Martha (nee Megnin) Franzese; loving father of Bradley E. Franzese (Heather); and adoring grandfather of Connor Franzese. He was predeceased by his son, Mark A. Franzese.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, December 13, 2024 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335, followed by his Memorial Service at 11:00 AM. Interment at Northwood Cemetery.
