Anthony J. "Tony" Lazor, Jr., Age 72, of Ocean Pines, MD, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on November 28, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Anthony J., Sr. and Wanda (nee Danielwicz) Lazor.
Tony was a graduate of Father Judge High School in Northeast Philadelphia.
He graduated St. Joseph's College and earned his Master's Degree in Education from Temple University.
For almost 50 years, Tony was a guidance counselor in the Marple Newtown School District, primarily at Paxon Hollow Middle School in Broomall, PA.
He was an avid golfer, and enjoyed both spending time on the fairways and watching the professionals on TV.
If it wasn't a PGA tournament, you could find Tony in front of a Phillies, professional soccer, or college basketball game.
Tony loved cooking and crabbing off the docks of Sea Isle City, NJ and Ocean Pines, MD.
He was a hobby woodworker and crafted many beautiful and unique pieces over the years.
Tony was the beloved husband of Maureen (nee Sprows) Lazor; the loving father of Jocelyn Lehman (Matthew) and Amy Miguel (Michael); and a devoted grandfather, known as "Poppy," to Troy, Violet and Mikey.
He is survived by his dear siblings, Wanda Houston, Thomas Lazor, and Richard Lazor (Joy), in addition to numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
