Antonia F. "Toni" Amoroso (nee Falcone), a lifelong resident of Wayne, PA, passed away on March 17, 2015 just two weeks shy of her 90th birthday.
Toni was a graduate of Radnor High School. She worked at Wyeth Laboratories in the Purchasing Department for over 20 years. She loved spending summers at the beach, was an avid sports fan and a passionate supporter of Villanova Basketball. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, where she enjoyed helping others in activities such as the Quilting Club. She was a strong supporter and participant of the Wayne Senior Center and an Election Day volunteer for most of her life. She was loved and will be missed by everyone.
Toni is survived by her children Carl Hertzog, III (Michele), Lois Fedele (Mark), Gary Hertzog (Karen) and Ginny Doerr (Jim), 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, her sister-in-law Ann Falcone and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Ben, Jules, Barney and Brutus Falcone.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Friday, March 20, 2015 9:00-10:30 The Donohue Funeral Home, 366 W. Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA (610) 989-9600 and to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 35 Old Eagle School Road, Strafford. Interment Our Lady of the Assumption Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Our Lady of the Assumption Church at the above address or the Wayne Senior Center, 108 Station Road, Wayne, PA 19087.
