Arthur Thomas Koehler, 83, of Malvern, passed away September 27, 2018.
Born September 6, 1935 in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Fredrick and Katherine (nee Neary) Koehler. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force.
Arthur was a member of West Caln Sportsman Club and Cacoosing Gun Club and Range. He enjoyed hunting, skeet shooting and was an avid Eagles and Penn State fan. He loved trips to the Happy Days Diner and spending time with his family and friends. Arthur worked for Boeing Vertol for several years before settling in with a career as a phone technician with Bell Telephone and Verizon.
He was the beloved husband of Mary A. (nee Kelly) Koehler; loving father of Karen A. Koehler (James Cresmer), Sheila K. Koehler (Brett Aukburg), and Thomas C. Koehler (Eliza); and adoring grandfather of Alexandra, Ian, and Amelia. He was predeceased by his son, Casey E. Koehler and his six siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10-10:50 AM on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 332 Manor Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610- 269-8294, with his Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
