Barbara A. Lee (nee Rupert), 82, of Glenmoore, PA and formerly of West Chester, PA passed away on May 29, 2014. Born in Tampa, FL, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Wylene (Lawrence) Rupert.
Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Francis James Lee; loving mother of James F. Lee (Elina) and Bryan S. Lee (Maribeth); loving grandmother of Ann Liu, Thomas Francis, Samantha Ann, Hannah, Rachael and Rebecca; and dear sister of Terry Rupert.
Barbara loved animals, especially dogs, traveling and eating at fine restaurants. She was an incredible baker and enjoyed taking baked goods to friends. She was very generous to various charities.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 6:30-7:00 PM Thursday Evening, June 5, 2014 and to her Service 7:00-7:30 PM, followed by a Gathering 7:30-8:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335 (610) 269-3080.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Chester County SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380 would be appreciated.
