Quinn, Barbara (nee Murphy), 70, passed away on July 9, 2017 after a long illness. Beloved wife of Michael John Quinn, loving mother of Michael M. Quinn (Tara) and William J.M. Quinn (Christina). Devoted "Grammy" of Braden, Avery and Olivia Quinn. Loved sister of Delia Murphy Schmidt (Werner), beloved sister of the late William Murphy and beloved sister-in-law of Dr. Mary Murphy.
Barbara grew up in Upper Darby, PA and taught 6th grade for 11 years at St. Alice's Parish. She was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy and Villanova University. She was a big fan of the Wildcats.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the immediate family at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 Sproul Rd. (Rt 320), Springfield, PA 19064 on Saturday July 22, 2017 for the interment, which will take place at 12 noon. Please meet in the parking lot of the cemetery not later than 11:45am for the procession to the burial site. Information will be provided at the service for the luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made "In Memory of Barbara Murphy Quinn" to the Ocean City Historical Museum, 1735 Simpson Ave., Ocean City, NJ 08226
