Angela, Taylor, Thomas, Jenna, and Joseph. Bea is also survived by brothers William Fuhlbrick of Drexel Hill, and Gene Heston (Terry) of Havertown. Sisters Patricia Roberts of Drexel Hill and Nancy Fuhlbrick of Drexel Hill. Also surviving are too many nieces and nephews to name.
Born on March 7th 1966, in Manayunk, PA, she was the daughter of Angelo and Bernice (Heston) DiMidio. She attended St. Denis Catholic School and graduated from Archbishop Carroll in 1984.
Bea, was a lifelong worker in the insurance underwriting business. Deservedly, Bea, despite not attending college, was promoted to Underwriting Manager at JimCor Agencies. A position at a successful company that she loved to work for, even up until her illness. It was said that she was greatly missed by her fellow workers, insurance industry brokers, and the insurance company policy writers.
However, Bea was most enthusiastic to be Mom, affectionately, called MaMa by her children and even her husband. She lived for her children's happiness, and thrive not only on their devotion, but also of her husband's. Her typical day started with waking up the children to go to school or work; then dropping off people who needed a ride before she drove to work. After leaving JimCor and arriving home, she would sometimes (if needed) cook supper, sometimes a fast meal if there were sports being played by her children; who needed cheering! Afterwards, she would prepare a better dinner, all the while, making sure that schoolwork, showers, and chores were completed. Afterwards, Bea gave her last energies talking with her husband, and her older children. The next day, Bea, would wake anew! Laughingly, weekends were even more hectic. The greatest attribute of Bea was that she was a world class listener in a household of talkers.
Bea was also a devoted follower of our Lord Jesus and belonged to Annunciation BVM of Havertown.
