Bertha L. Toney

Bertha L. "Mom Mom" Toney (nee Parker), age 84, of West Chester, PA, passed away on November 20, 2024.

Born in Coatesville, PA in 1940, she was the daughter of the late Andy, Sr. and Ella (nee Styer) Parker. Bertha was an avid reader and enjoyed shopping, especially for clothing. She loved to babysit many kids in the neighborhood where she lived. 

Bertha was the beloved wife of the late Martin Toney; loving mother of Jeanette, Annette, Martin (spouse Kathleen), and Mark; adoring grandmother of Dinita, Andre (spouse Cherrell), Jeanelle (spouse Harrison), Malik (spouse Amanda), Kwasi, Jasmine, Marleen, Madeson, and Austin; proud great-grandmother of 12; dear sister of Frank Parker and Elsie Graham; predeceased by her daughter, Mardette, and her siblings, Gertrude Roane, Grace Harris, Mamie Anne Thomas, Andy Parker, Jr., and Francis Parker.

Services and interment are private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated.
