C. Francis "Frank" Kerins, age 84, of Folsom, PA, passed away on February 9, 2015. Beloved husband of Teresa C. Kerins (nee Watson). Dear brother of Patricia F. (Paul) Rutledge and the late Margaret McDevitt, William and Joseph Kerins. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
