Hess, Carmela "Connie", nee Tierno, 84, of Glen Mills, PA passed away on May 6, 2014.
Beloved daughter of the late Philip and Minnie (nee Campellone) Tierno. Loving mother of Cheryl Hess, Chuck Hess (Rebecca), Cathy Hess McCabe (John), Curtis M. Hess (Joanne M.); grandmother of 13; great-grandmother of one; sister of Lucy Rooney (Tom), the late Anthony Tierno, Buddy Tierno (Sis), the late Rita Meade, and Jeanie Smerkers (Bill).
Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Monday, May 12, 2014 at St. Joseph Church, Downingtown, PA, where friends may call from 10:00-10:50 AM in church. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Lung Association, 527 Plymouth Road, Suite 403, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
