Carmela G. (nee Imperato) Imperatrice, 96, of Aston, PA, passed away on February 26, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1922, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Marie Antoinette (nee Bacca) Imperato.
Carmela was the beloved wife of the late Louis M. Imperatrice; loving mother of Carol Imperatrice (Ken Miller), Roxanne Imperatrice (the late Joseph DeBenedetto), and the late Louis Imperatrice; adoring grandmother of Ann Marie Chapman (Steve), Jennifer Gotkin (Charlie Messner), and Eric Miller (Rebecca Joseph); caring great-grandmother of Finn, C.J., and Max; predeceased by her siblings, Vincenza, Santa, and Rocko.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 6-8 PM Sunday, March 3, 2019 and 8:30-9:30 AM Monday at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000 followed by her Funeral Mass 10 AM at SS Simon & Jude Church, 8 Cavanaugh Court, West Chester, PA 19382. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Multiple Sclerosis Society Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, 30 S. 17th Street, Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103, would be appreciated.
