Carol C. Doyle

Carol C. Doyle (nee Chandler), age 74, of Havertown, PA, passed away on March 8, 2025. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Chandler (nee Ford).

Carol was a loving and generous soul, a religious woman whose prayerful and grateful spirit touched everyone she met. Carol delighted in life’s sweet moments—relishing cakes, cookies, and pastries. She was proud to have dedicated over 40 years of her life as a Hematology Lab Technician at Hahnemann Hospital. With a subtle sense of humor and a gift for putting others at ease, she made everyone feel good in her presence. A talented crocheter, she poured her love into crafting blankets for others. Her greatest joy was the adoring bond with her grandchildren, whom she cherished beyond measure.

Carol was the beloved wife of Joseph C. Doyle; devoted mother of Joey Doyle, Kristin Wynegar (Jeff), and Moira Mink (Andrew); doting grandmother of Sean, Kyle, Paul, and Kacy; and caring sister of Joyce Sadowski (Tom) and John Chandler (Denise). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to Carol’s Viewing 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025 and 11:30 AM-12:30 PM on Friday, March 14, 2025 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, followed by her Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM at St. Denis Church, 2401 Saint Denis Ln., Havertown, PA 19083. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
