Carol Pasquarello
January 18, 1941 — January 6, 2019
Carol Jean Pasquarello (nee Enright), age 77, of Havertown, PA, formerly of the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on January 6, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Agnes Enright (nee Flood).
Carol Jean was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School in Philadelphia, PA. She was a member of the School Orchestra and played the bassoon.
She had been employed as a secretary for Merrick Apothecary.
She also had been employed as a secretary and office manager at Booth Maternity Center in the 1970's and 1980's...one of her favorite jobs ever!!
Carol Jean was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish for over 50 years.
She was a Eucharistic Minister, worked in the rectory and coached the girls track team.
She was an accomplished seamstress who made her own clothing, as well as clothing for her children.
She started her own small business making custom wedding veils, baptism gowns and custom window treatments.
She was also accomplished at knitting, cross stitch and crewel embroidery.
Carol loved to travel and take cruises with her husband, children and friends to some of her favorite places such as the US Virgin Islands, Bermuda and the Jersey shore.
Recently, Carol was a volunteer at Lankenau Hospital with 100 volunteer hours to her credit.
Carol Jean was predeceased by her beloved husband, James A. Pasquarello and her siblings Agnes Long and Joseph Flood.
She is survived by her loving children James Pasquarello (Joann), Mark Pasquarello (Janice), Maria Costello (Eugene), Matthew Pasquarello (Jackie), Joseph Pasquarello (Maria) and Anissa Lo Sasso (Mark).
Also survived by her 17 grandchildren and her siblings Rosemary Murphy, Thomas Enright and Robert Enright.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Friday, January 25, 2019 6:00-8:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike (cor. Lynn Blvd.), Upper Darby, PA (610) 449-0300 and to her Memorial Mass Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 6315 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
Interment will be private.
