Born in 1940 in Philadelphia, PA, Carol was the beloved daughter of the late Daniel and Evelyn (Phayre) Harkins.
She worked as a Sales Assistant in the Paper Manufacturing industry.
Carol was the beloved wife of the late Richard "Dick" Werner; loving sister of Kathleen Williams (the late John); devoted aunt of Lauren Alderman (Steve), John Williams (Cailin), Brad Williams (Megan), 2 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew; dear step-mother of Rick Werner (Tish), Liz Clark (Russ), Rob Werner (Judy) and Tish Freas (Mark). Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday, December 6, 2018 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, 610-353-6300 followed by her Funeral Mass 11:30 AM at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA. Int. SS Peter & Paul Cem.
