Carrie Walter

Carrie I. Walter (nee Rossiter), 84, of Avoca, NY, passed away on November 10, 2017.



Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1933, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Carrie I. Rossiter (nee Smith).



Carrie was the beloved wife of Thomas E. Walter, III; loving mother of William E. Ferrell, Jr., John D. Ferrell, Carrie I. Weston, James J. Ferrell, Ralph W. Ferrell, Donald C. Ferrell, Anna E. Keffer, and Russell A. Ferrell; step-mother to Virginia E. Walker, Karen J. McKee, and Thomas E Walter, IV; dear sister of Ethel Thomas; devoted grandmother of 24 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.



Carrie was preceded in death by her siblings Irene E. West, Mildred M. Rossiter, William J. Rossiter, Robert C. Rossiter, Evelyn Rossiter, and Barbara A. Rossiter.
