Catherine Frances Gilmore (nee Neary), age 90, of Havertown, PA, passed away on March 28, 2016. Born in Frackville, PA, she was the daughter of the late John David and Rose Ann Neary (nee Conaghan) and wife of the late Raymond T. Gilmore.
Catherine was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School in Philadelphia. She was employed as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone and was also a homemaker.
Catherine was predeceased by her beloved husband, Raymond T. Gilmore, her daughter, Mary Margaret Gilmore and her siblings Anna Guy, James Neary, John Neary, Rose Wright, Dorothy Schuster and Edward (Ted) Neary. She is survived by her children Roseann M. Gilmore Lake and James J. Gilmore (Sheila), her granddaughter Catherine M. Gilmore and many nieces and nephews
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Saturday, April 2, 2016 10:00-11:00 AM Annunciation BVM Church, 401 Brookline Blvd., Havertown, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Catherine's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 would be appreciated
