Charles Jonathan Gresham Speedy

Charles Jonathan Gresham Speedy, a cherished resident of Havertown, Pennsylvania, passed away on November 21, 2024, at the age of 55. Born on April 20, 1969, at Lankenau Hospital in Montgomery County, Charles was the beloved son of the late David S.G. and Dorothy Joan Speedy (nee Klenk).

Charles was a proud graduate of Haverford High School, class of 1988, where he distinguished himself by earning numerous accolades. His dedication to landscaping led him to founding his own successful business, Speedy Landscaping. 

Charles was a devoted brother to Theodore Speedy and James Speedy. He was a caring uncle to Theodore's children, Theo (Monique) and Kayla (Kyle Musal), and James's children, Jessica (Joe Brown) and Julia. Survived by his 7 great nieces and nephews McKinley, Chase, Leroy, Alphie, Reggie, Charlie, and Henry. 

An avid collector in all things, Harley Davidson, Charles found joy in nurturing his garden. His compassion extended to the stray cats of Havertown, whom he lovingly cared for. Charles's life was a testament to his dedication, kindness, and love for family and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
