Charles John Wilkinson, Jr., 87, of West Chester, PA passed away on March 13, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1929, he was the son of the late Julia (nee Carney) and Charles John Wilkinson, Sr. Charles received his Master's Degree from Temple University and worked as an art teacher. He was a great athlete and an amazing artist. Charles enjoyed fishing, trips to Ocean City, NJ, and flying airplanes. He was an avid Eagles fan.
Charles was the beloved husband of Delores Joan (nee Hepler) Wilkinson; loving father of Sue E. Kuhl, Charles J. Wilkinson, III (Dani), James R. Wilkinson (Lisa), and John W. Wilkinson (Nikki); devoted grandfather of Tyler, Aeden, Kylie, Julia, Lindsey, Rachel, Amanda, Nick, and Amelia; caring great-grandfather of Mason and Jaxson.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Sunday, March 26, 2017 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-449-0300 followed by his Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Interment private.
