Charlotte Bradford

Charlotte R. (nee Wood) Bradford, 88, of Downingtown, PA, passed away peacefully at Penn Medicine Hospice, West Chester, PA, on December 26, 2019.

Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1931, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mildred (nee Rush) Wood. Charlotte received her Nursing Degree from Philadelphia General Hospital. She was proud of her nursing career and spent many years working alongside her husband.

Charlotte was the beloved wife of the late John David Bradford, MD; loving mother of John David Bradford, II (Mary Elizabeth) and Benjamin Andrew Bradford; adoring grandmother of John David Bradford, III, Caroline Elizabeth Bradford, Kevin Bradford, and Amanda Bradford and her great-grandchild, Carly Gill; dear sister of Mildred J. Wood; predeceased by siblings Virginia Nelson and Harry Wood; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
