Charlotte Jacqueline Ibbetson

Charlotte Jacqueline Ibbetson, affectionately known as Tootsie, age 87, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on February 22, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Quinlan (nee Smith).

Charlotte devoted 25 years of her life to the role of Sales Team Administrator at OCE Business Systems, where her diligence, professionalism, and steadfast dedication left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of working alongside her. In her professional sphere, she was not only a reliable colleague but also a trusted friend, admired for her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to brighten any workday.

Charlotte was an avid sports fan, who found an immeasurable joy in rooting for her beloved Philadelphia teams. Whether she was cheering passionately for the Philadelphia Eagles as they took to the football field, rallying behind the Philadelphia Phillies on the diamond, or supporting the Philadelphia 76ers in their quest for basketball glory, Charlotte’s fervor for sports was infectious, inspiring many around her to share in the excitement. Her vivacity during games will be fondly remembered by her friends and family alike.

Charlotte was the beloved wife of the late John E. Ibbetson; loving mother of John E. Ibbetson, Jr. (Kathy), Karen Robertson (Bob), and the late Jackie Campuzano; adoring grandmother of Francis Campuzano, Kirsten Bieljeski (Bill), Rob Robertson, Kate Rife (Andy), Ashley Barrett (Nick), John Ibbetson (Kelcie), Tyler Robertson (Jessica), and the late Justin Robertson. Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

Family and friends are invited to Charlotte's Visitation 9:30-10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, followed by her Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
