Christine M. Jacobs, 61, of Glenmoore, PA passed away February 15, 2014 at Lankenau Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia in 1953, Christine was the beloved daughter of Dorothy (Sherk) and the late Frederick Callaghan, Sr.
Christine was a Credit Manager for Hartstrings in Devon for over 28 years.
She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Christine was the loving mother of Anna C. McNevin (Raph) and Maggie K. Jacobs; loving grandmother of Jane & Violet McNevin; and dear sister of Fred Callaghan, Elizabeth Ann Seifert, Michael Callaghan, Paul Callaghan, Daniel Callaghan and Dorothy Callaghan; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Jacobs.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, February 22, 2014 at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380 followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
