Christopher Hilaire

Christopher W. Hilaire, age 24, of Lansdowne, PA, passed away on January 16, 2021.

Chris believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and always wanted everyone to build their faith. He felt that it was his life purpose to take care of others.

He loved basketball and had dreamed of becoming an NBA player. His favorite player was Allen Iverson. Chris played on the Junior Varsity team at Cardinal O’Hara High School and was a constant player at Yeadon basketball court. He attended Long Island University and was a graduate of West Chester University.

Chris was a funny, confident, caring and hardworking young man. He loved hearing stories of people’s lives, listening to music, praying, making money and getting tattoos but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his beloved parents Tony and Dianna Hilaire (nee Theroulde), loving siblings, Cameron, Rachelle and Beatrice, adored girlfriend Laura Bien Aime, cherished Aunt Eileen Theroulde, niece Alayna and many cousins. His cousin Kirby Jay John will always remember the special bond that he and Chris shared.

Immediate family and close friends are invited to Chris’s Visitation on Wednesday January 27, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA followed by a private Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.  Due to Covid restrictions, face masks must be worn at all times while in the funeral home.
