Claudia Medica

On meeting Claudia you were immediately captivated by her mystical smile. Then her magical way of expressing friendship and compassion came shining through, in her kind words and benevolent actions.



Moments later, and forever after, you fell in love with Claudia.



Claudia brought out the best in people, and gave them her best. She fought for the oppressed and unfortunate. She devoted herself tirelessly and lovingly to her friends and beloved family.



When illness struck, Claudia struck back with a vengeance. Her spirit gave her strength. Her strength supported all around her.



Claudia was true. She was genuine. Claudia was honest, heartwarming, full of hope and humor and infinitely decent and kind. She was an exquisitely beautiful human being.



She gave us more than we can measure.



We will think of Claudia often. We will live by her example. We will miss her very much.



We are and always will be, in love with Claudia.



Medica, Claudia (nee Rodgers), 58, on June 26, 2013, of Newtown Square, PA. Beloved wife of Joseph Medica; loving step-mother of Joe Medica (Colleen),

Lauren Walsh (Patrick); dear grandmother of Isabella, Olivia, Quinn and Katie; dear sister of Linda, Kathy, Glenn and Judy Rodgers, Kelly DePrince, Patrick,

Sean and Susan DeMarco. Claudia was predeceased by her parents, Jocko and Judy DeMarco (nee Carr) and her siblings, Anthony and Frankie DeMarco.

Claudia is also survived by her friend Chloe.



Relatives and friends are invited to Claudia's Life Celebration Wednesday, July 10, 2013 11:00 AM at Tavistock Country Club, 100 Tavistock Lane, Haddonfield, NJ 08033, which will be followed by a reception.
