Colleen Marie Minnis, age 62, of Springfield, PA, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Springfield, PA, she was the daughter of Thomas and Theresa Minford.

Colleen is survived by her mother, Theresa Minford, her children Kristen Impastato (Andrew), Peter Minnis, Allison Kunisky (Andrew), Shannon Minnis, and Kevin Minnis, her brothers Tom Minford (Sandy),and Bill Minford (Beth) and her husband, Peter Minnis. She was a beloved grandmother to three granddaughters Kiley Impastato, Sophia Impastato, and Addison Kunisky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members. 

Colleen held many titles, but her favorites were Mom and Grandmom. She had a caring heart and kind soul that generously gave to her family and friends to see a smile on their face. Colleen loved bright colorful outfits that could illustrate her joyful and dazzling heart. She took great pride in being the social butterfly on her beloved street Ballymore Road where she raised her five children. Not only was she a social butterfly, but a butterfly extraordinaire. She was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and particularly enjoyed watching the Eagles and Phillies.

She is now in good company in heaven with Thomas Minford (Dad), Theresa Minford (Sister).  

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing at 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Tuesday, March 14^th, 2023 at Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, 136 Saxer Ave, Springfield, PA 19064, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
