Concetta Carini

Concetta (Connie) Carini (nee Ingrilli), 94, of San Rafael, CA, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away March 11, 2020.

Born April 8, 1925 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Frances (nee Ioppolo) Ingrilli.

Many will remember Concetta as their “Avon Lady”. She loved selling Avon. Perhaps even more than Avon, she loved playing cards. She was an avid pinochle player and loved to win. She was a member of St. Andrews parish and their choir.

She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Carini; loving mother of Maria Sneed (Rick), Carmela Lanza (Carmen), Theresa Convery, and Joseph Frank Carini; adoring grandmother of Andrew Sneed (Richette), Alexis Sneed, Karma Lanza, Karlie Craskey (Tom), Monique D'Antonio (Mark), Monica Heater (Tyson), Tiffany Paolino (Joseph), and Joseph F., Jr. (Angela); caring great-grandmother of Amara, Gabriella, Francesca, Theo, Mia, Emma, Mark, Mason, Joseph L., Francis, Nicholas and Joseph F., III; dear sister of Eleanor Monastra (the late Carmen); and former mother-in-law of Peter Convery. She was predeceased by her sister, Carmela DiDomenco (the late Daniel).

Services are pending due to the coronavirus pandemic but will take place at some point in the near future.
