Connie L. Paglia

Connie passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025 with family by her side. Connie was born in Harlan, IA and spent the majority of her early years in Phoenix, AZ. She met her loving husband Mike while he was stationed at Luke Air Force base in Phoenix. Somehow, Mike convinced Connie to move to Pennsylvania. Connie had a love-hate relationship with the Phillies and the Eagles as do most Philadelphia sports fans. Thankfully she was able to see another Eagles Super Bowl in her lifetime.

Her greatest joy was being “Grammy” to her 7 grandchildren and being able to enjoy many vacations with them. She loved being able to see all of her grandkids participate in sports and theater productions throughout the years.

Connie was very proud of her career as a nurse. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Hospital nursing school in Phoenix, AZ. She proudly served as a nurse at Delaware County Memorial Hospital for 41 years before retiring in 2013.

Connie is survived by Mike, her loving husband of 56 years, 2 children Michael Jr. (Aurore) of Fort Worth, TX and Lee (Mindy) of Lancaster, PA and 7 grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie, Sydney, Sophia, Luke, Joshua, and Canaan.

Relatives and friends are invited to Connie’s visitation on Thursday March 13 from 10-11 followed by her funeral at St. Peter Catholic Church 2835 Manor Rd. West Brandywine, PA 19320. Interment at All Souls Cemetery Glenmoore, PA.
