Cornelius "Neil/Shark" Alexander age 83 of Radnor, PA, formerly of Narberth, PA, passed away surrounded by his family on January 30, 2018.
Beloved husband of Joanne Alexander (nee DiLauro). Loving father of Aimee Alexander, and Cornelius Alexander V. He is also survived by his sister Deidra Colosey (Frank) and nephew John Carlin.
Neil was a very active man. He worked with the Big Brothers Association, was active with the alumni of the Lower Merion High School and Lafayette College, and was proud to be a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. Neil had served as president for the Martin's Dam Club. Still he found time to enjoy tennis and bird watching. Neil's many contibutions to his community will be missed greatly.
Friends and family are invited to a Visitation at St Katharine's of Siena, 104 S Aberdeen Ave, Wayne, PA 19087 on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral mass will follow at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 101 E Market Street, West Chester, PA 19382 www.salvationarmyusa.org or to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, Ste 103, PA 19103 www.cancer.org.
