Daniel J. "Dan" Bartley

Daniel J. “Dan” Bartley, age 91, of Wynnewood, PA, passed away on July 22, 2023. Born in Roxborough, PA, he was the son of the late Theodore T. and Mary Bartley (nee Walker).

Dan loved drawing, painting, fishing, and birdwatching. He also enjoyed listening to music which was a very big part of his life. Dan’s greatest joy in life was attending every sporting event his children participated in. You could also see Dan at every game and concert his grandchildren were in with his camera and a smile on his face because they were a constant joy in his life.

Dan was the beloved husband of Beverly L. Bartley (nee Lewis); loving father of Sandra L. Nestor (George) and Christopher L. Bartley (Jeanette); adoring grandfather of Patrick, Lindsay, Joseph, Lauren, and George Jr.; caring great-grandfather of Catherine, Nolan, Aaron, Scarlett, Jaxon, and Cameron; devoted brother of Maryann Boyle and the late Theodore Bartley.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Int. Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Audubon Society, audubon.org, would be appreciated.
