David W. Mills, Sr., 77, of Narvon, PA, passed away on January 29, 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, PA in 1941, he was the son of the late Emanuel and Chrystal (nee Martzall) Mills. David was a 1959 graduate of Collingdale High School and a 1963 graduate of Millersville University. He received his Master's Degree from Ohio University and worked as a teacher. David enjoyed playing basketball.
He was the beloved husband of Lesley J. (nee Rickards) Mills; loving father of David W., Jr. (Stephanie), Timothy D. (Julie), Christy (Cristian), and Joshua (Bryan Elizabeth); dear brother of the late Ronald Mills; caring grandfather of Jeremy, Grace, Anna, Olivia, Owen, Abigail, and Ethan.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 7-9 PM Friday, February 1, 2019 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 43 W. Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335, 610-269-3080, and 10-10:50 AM Saturday at the Christian Fellowship Church, 758 Spruce Road, New Holland, PA 17557 followed by his Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The Gideons, PO Box 97251 Washington, DC 20090, would be appreciated.
